I would highly recommend Karmen for your postpartum recovery needs. She seamlessly integrated within our family of 6 and was able to fill in the gaps while I spent time recovering. I truly believe my fast recovery was in part due to her helping hand !

Karmen was great with my school aged children, she helped get them ready for school, make them lunch and feed them an healthy breakfast every morning. Karmen also helped with meal prep and she made healthy and yummy snacks and smoothies for our family to enjoy.
