I am so grateful for the support I received from Karmen in the postpartum period with my third baby.

She went above and beyond in every way, preparing the most delicious, nourishing snacks and meals, helping with household tasks that made life feel so much lighter, and caring for my baby with so much tenderness.

But what stood out to me the most was her presence. Postpartum can often feel lonely, even with a full house, and having her by my side as both a doula and a friend was a true gift. The conversations we shared and the way she simply held space for me were just as healing as the meals she prepared.

Her care is thoughtful, practical, and deeply loving. I couldn’t recommend her enough to any family welcoming a new baby.
